Persephone in Training has been a soul-led calling that has taken over a decade to manifest itself. I have always had a deep desire to teach women how to bridge the gap between the magic and the mundane in their everyday lives. 15 years later, after being a patron of the spiritual/personal growth and development community, I realized that what Persephone in Training was supposed to embody was much deeper. There are some cold, hard truths that this industry either completely neglects or straight up rejects, and I came face to face with that reality...because of the Dark Goddess Herself.Idiot me, at 20 years old, saw Her power, Her sovereignty, Her authentic wildness, and craved for that same existence. I didn't heed the warnings of the devastation that She would leave in Her wake. I figured that "Tough Love" was still love, so how bad could it get?I almost died. Twice. By my own hands. She ripped me apart -like I knew She would- but the cruel, unforgiving, and relentless stripping was unfathomable. Every time I thought that She was done, that surely I had nothing left of myself to lose, I was cut down again and again until I no longer knew how to function in this world. Me wasn't me anymore.Still, I survived. And in this absolute abolition of who I once was, I had to learn how to survive in this world; in reality. A reality that is filled with suffering and struggles and hopelessness. And that is my gift to you.Persephone in Training is the Dark Goddess' call to action. As Her Priestess, I feel strongly on exposing the bullshit and predatory exploitation in the spiritual/personal growth and development industry so that people don't end up suffering like myself and many others. Too many people feel stuck and confused because the wisdom that they received isn't yielding the life that they're working so hard for; and then feeling like it's their fault! It is my desire to break the cycle and provide resources to actually help people live a life where they can actually feel joy. I want to teach women how to live in this world by being a part of it; because that's what Spirit actually wants.

My MISSION as a Dark Priestess is to meet people in their Darkness and empower them back into the Light by using Spirituality as a compass and Reality as the guide.My VISION is for Persephone in Training to become an affordable mystery school for women where they can take the time and space to heal and build a solid foundation physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so that they may be equipped to participate fully in life as a positive and authentic force of Nature.

Note: While I do want to help everyone regardless of gender, I am not a licensed psychologist, counsellor, or anything of the sort and therefore I am sharing from a very selective experience and knowledge-base. I can only speak to what I know as a cisgendered, heterosexual woman and therefore I feel completely inadequate talking about such complexities in reference to any other gender. That is why my offerings are primarily for women; although these spaces are open to trans and gender fluid individuals as they have very few safe spaces to call their own.

One-on-One Coaching

This offering was made in response to how expensive therapy is and how extremely long the wait time can be even between sessions. While this is not a substitute for proper therapy, this could be a plausible stepping stone or a practical tool to work alongside it. Each session is a full 60min where we identify your goals and work to release mental blockages while overcoming the many obstacles that will get in your way. Sessions may involve oracle card reading, intuitive guidance, somatic practices, mediation, evidence-based tools for emotional regulation including those used in DBT and CBT, and whatever the session may call for.

Join me and a group of women as we learn to navigate life during this 9 month journey together. This is a monthly membership that kicks off every October as we embody the energetic intelligence of the Wheel of the Year. Not only will we celebrate the energetic changes in the seasons within ourselves and nature around us, but we will also learn how to root deep into the depths of ourselves so that we may create a strong foundation with which to exert change into our lives.
